Holiday Homes in Style
Unwind in the heart of Norfolk
Whether 8 or 80 more or less, a holiday in East Anglia offers endless opportunities for rest and recreation. We are situated in the heart of Norfolk, with easy access to the coast and mile upon mile of beautiful countryside. Take a holiday or short break with us and recharge your batteries....
Cottage holidays with a difference
You will find self-catering holiday homes to suit large groups, whether family or friends. We have 9 houses that sleep from two to twenty people each. However if your group is larger still, you can be accommodated by taking more than one house as some are located in close proximity to each other. Others are isolated. They are surrounded by magnificent views across the valley and open countryside.
Perfect venues for family holidays, group of friends enjoying a reunion, or families enjoying special celebrations. We are dog and people friendly! Stay with us for a traditional family Christmas in Victorian country-house atmosphere around an open fire. Each house is furnished in-keeping with their past, but with modern levels of comfort.
Make the most of your stay
We can offer advice on which pursuits you can incorporate into your stay in Norfolk from fishing, clay pigeon shooting, sailing on the Norfolk Broads, ten pin bowling, rides on the coastal steam trains; to many other excursions. We can advise on the choice of local golf courses, restaurants, and other amenities and telephone ahead to make bookings for you. Often at the end of the holiday you discover too late where you should have spent the most time during your stay. We can help you plan your holiday before you arrive to ensure that you visit all the things that interest you and have all those little extras provided that make your holiday more enjoyable including say packed lunches for a day trip, arrange a sailing lesson or perhaps even a hot air balloon ride or some hang gliding lessons.
Special facilities
The Smithy, The Stables, and The Brewery have ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms adapted for visitors with wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
