Cottage holidays with a difference
At Bylaugh Hall you will find self-catering holiday homes to suit large groups, whether family or friends. We
have 9 houses that sleep from two to twenty people however if your group is larger still, you can be accommodated by taking more than one house as they are all located in close proximity to each other and the Hall and surrounded by magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Our properties are perfect venues for family holidays, group of friends enjoying a reunion, or families enjoying special celebrations we are also dog friendly! stay with us for a traditional family Christmas in Victorian country-house splendor around an open fire. Our houses are all furnished in-keeping with their past, but with modern levels of comfort.
Make the most of your stay
Our staff can offer advice on which pursuits you can incorporate into your stay in Norfolk from fishing, clay pigeon shooting, sailing on the Norfolk Broads; to many other excursions. We can advise on the choice of local golf courses, restaurants, and other amenities and telephone ahead to make bookings for you. Often at the end of the holiday you discover too late where you should have spent the most time during your stay. We can help you plan your holiday before you arrive to ensure that you visit all the things that interest you and have all those little extras provided that make your holiday more enjoyable such as packed lunches for a day trip, arrange a sailing lesson or hot air balloon ride.
Special facilities
The Smithy, The Stables, and The Brewery have ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms adapted for visitors with wheelchairs or with limited mobility.

Cocos restaurant is located on site and is unique in its situation as you dine on delicious local organic produce whilst looking out at the panoramic views across the Wensum river valley.
